A design competition was held in early
2013 to challenge designers to reimagine downtown and the Town Branch
Commons. Below is part of the winning design by SCAPE. The residential neighborhoods of East End and Bell Court are the headwaters of Town Branch. Currently divided by rail and highway infrastructure, revealing Town Branch provides a connection between these diverse communities along a revitalized avenue.
